WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY?

All sales are final.

Please note that this is a small bespoke company and all hats are made to order, by hand. I require a non refundable deposit in order to secure your spot in the design queue. Once your design deposit has been submitted, materials for your order are purchased. The remaining balance (plus shipping) is due when the hat is completed.

 

WHERE IS THE SHOP?
The Cutter Paul shop is located in Denver, Colorado. Come by for a glass of vino!

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide.

 

WHEN WILL I GET MY HAT?

The lead time for custom hats is dependent upon materials and the current design queue. Most custom hats ship within 8-10 weeks but this is not guaranteed. You will be given an estimated delivery window upon placing your order and will receive updates once the hat is in production.

 

DAMAGES

CP is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
